Additionals

  • Accommodation : Accommodation can be booked by the IMUN Team for the delegates. It costs 50 USD per delegate per night in sharing. The IMUN Team will stay at the same place.
  • Educational Hanoi City Tour:here will be an educational Hanoi city tour on Oct. 6th, 2025. Registration for the tour costs 49 USD per delegate.
  • Social Night :An after party private event with all the IMUN Chairs, Organising Committee & Team members in a fancy cafe near the venue with karaoke, statue painting, coffee/tea and soft drinks along with the games. It costs 9 USD per delegate.
  • E-Visa :Vietnam provides e-visa to 80 countries. If you are eligible for e-visa then the IMUN Team can apply for your visa. It costs USD 59 including the visa fee & service fee.
  • Airport Assistance :AAn IMUN Team member can be available for you to provide the airport assistance when you arrive at the airport. It costs USD 30 for pick-up. (USD 60 for pick-up & drop)

Where will I stay during the conference ?

At IMUN, participants have the flexibility to book their own accommodation based on their budget and convenience. If you prefer, you can also choose IMUN’s additional accommodation service (with an extra cost), and our team will book your stay at the same hotel or shared accommodation where the IMUN Team stays together. What is Social Night ?

Social Night is an optional and fun evening event where all IMUN participants, the Board of Directors, Organizing Committee, and the IMUN Team come together to relax and enjoy after the conference. It will be held at a fancy café near the venue and includes karaoke, games, food gifts, coffee, tea, and soft drinks. It’s a great way to make new friends and celebrate the IMUN experience in a casual setting. The exact venue will be announced soon, and the cost to join is just $9. Don’t miss this exciting and memorable part of IMUN!
