The success of the previous conferences and our vision of creating an inclusive platform have encouraged us to conduct another IMUN International Conference. After globe-trotting in about seven nations, we have selected Vietnam as our next destination. With more than 200 participants and six committee discussions, IMUN Vietnam 2023 cannot get any better. This international conference will give youth a stage to interact with global cultures to transform them into dynamic and charismatic future leaders.

From attending lectures by top diplomats to representing your nation in front of a global audience, this IMUN Conference covers all. IMUN Vietnam 2023 is your chance to get global recognition & official certificates to get into top international universities or get an international exposure etc. In three days, you debate on burning international topics, participate in cultural events, interact with senior IMUN members, mingle with your global counterparts, and a lot more. Additionals

  • Accommodation : Accommodation can be booked by the IMUN Team for the delegates. It costs 35 USD per delegate per night in double sharing. The hotel will be a 2 or 3 star hotel in the city centre with the IMUN Team.
  • Educational Hanoi City Tour: There will be a Hanoi city tour on March 14th, 2023. Registration for the tour costs 50 USD per delegate. It does not include meals or any additional ticket costs like Museum tickets etc.
  • Social Night : An after party private event with all the IMUN Chairs, Organising Committee & Team members in a nice restaurant or a rooftop place. It costs 10 USD per delegate.
  • E-Visa : Vietnam provides e-visa to 80 countries (List Attached). If you are eligible for e-visa then the IMUN Team can apply for your visa. It costs USD 50 including the visa fee & service fee.
  • Airport Assistance : An IMUN Team member can be available for you to provide the airport assistance when you arrive at the airport. It costs USD 30 + your taxi fare to your hotel.

IMUN Vietnam will be hosted by one of the top universities in Vietnam, i.e British University Vietnam (BUV).

Where will I stay during the conference ?

IMUN gives delegates flexibility to book their accommodation. That means, delegates can book their hotels as per their choice & budget. IMUN will share the list of recommended hotels that are near the venue of the conference that participants can book.

Can the IMUN Team assist me in booking the hotel ?

Yes, you can ask your query in the IMUN Telegram group for any assistance, the IMUN Team will assist you.

I want to share my hotel / room with other IMUN delegates. How can I do it ?

IMUN will make a group of all confirmed delegates of IMUN Vietnam 2023 and share the form where interested delegates can find roommates & share their hotel room with other co-delegates.

What is Social Night ?

Social Night is an additional after party event that will be held in a fancy restaurant or a rooftop place in Hanoi. Venue location & price to attend will be announced later.

It is optional to attend Social Night, not mandatory.

If the conference gets cancelled due to coronavirus, Will I get a refund ?

Yes, If the organiser cancels the event due to coronavirus then all participants will receive their refunds as per the IMUN refund policy.

However, Covid-situation is improving all around the world and the chances of the event to be cancelled is very low.
