Additionals

  • Accommodation : Accommodation can be booked by the IMUN Team for the delegates. It costs 49 USD per delegate per night in double sharing. The hotel will be a 3 star hotel near the venue with breakfast.
  • Manila Educational City Tour: There will be an educational Manila city tour on November 16th, 2024. Registration for the tour costs 49 USD per delegate
  • Social Night :An after party private event with all the IMUN Chairs, Organising Committee & Team members in a fancy restaurant or a rooftop place. It costs 9 USD per delegate.
  • Airport Assistance :An IMUN Team member can be available for you to provide the airport assistance when you arrive at the airport. It costs USD 30 for pick-up. (USD 50 for pick-up & drop)

Where will I stay during the conference ?

Delegates can either book their hotels themselves as per their convenience & budget OR you can ask IMUN Team to book your hotel with IMUN Team and other delegates. IMUN Team will book your hotel and put you with other co-delegates of the same gender.

Can the IMUN Team assist me in booking the hotel ?

Yes, you can ask your query in the IMUN Telegram group for any assistance, the IMUN Team will assist you.

What is Social Night ?

Social Night is an additional after party event that will be held in a fancy restaurant or a rooftop place. Venue location will be announced later.

It is optional to attend Social Night, not mandatory.
